The intention behind this website is to bring to the kind attention of the present authorities of the ESIC and the EPFO the past and the present events of significance in their organisations (as given in the Page ‘About’). In all probability, these facts would not be brought to their notice otherwise, in the established system of bureaucracy.  The knowledge of these events will help them in their efforts to shape the future of the organisations, in the right way.

Likewise, the grievances of the employees are also proposed to be expressed through this forum to facilitate the authorities to know the reality in the field and find remedial measures. It is felt that providing such details in this forum will help the authorities establish Rule of Law and discourage the lobbying culture.

Readers, including retired officials, are welcome to send facts and their viewpoints.

    wonderful effort. Being ex. officer of ESIC I find that the waste of the workers money can be checked only if errors of the organisation are highlighted through such mediums.
