    One question sir. In the seventh slide you have stated that the EPFO officers have been vested with more powers than the ESIC officers. Can you please elaborate a bit on this…

    • Dear friend,
      The powers available to the Recovery Officer under Rule 83 of the Second Schedule of the I T Act, 1961 have been given to the EPFO officer determining contribution due from the employers.
      I have given the details in Para 2 in the same Slide No. 7 and the relevant details regarding Rule 83 are available in Slide No. 95.
